This Privacy Policy applies to the GirlCult app, the website at girlcult.app, and related support. By using GirlCult, you acknowledge the practices described here.

GirlCult may handle the following types of information:
- Information you provide: profile and birth details, cycle information, journal entries, photos you add, tarot questions and saved readings, tasks, preferences, and other content you choose to enter.
- Purchase and app information: subscription status, feature usage, app version, and basic technical information needed to operate and improve GirlCult.
- Diagnostics: crash and performance information when something goes wrong.
- Support information: your email address and the contents of messages you send to us.
- Website information: ordinary request information used to deliver and protect the site, plus your saved day or night theme preference.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide the features you choose to use;
- save and sync your app experience;
- process purchases and restore access;
- maintain security, prevent abuse, and fix technical problems;
- improve GirlCult; and

GirlCult does not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Most content you create in GirlCult is stored on your device and may sync through your private cloud account when sync is available and enabled. Some limited information may be processed by companies that help us operate the app, deliver requested features, manage purchases, provide support, protect the service, and diagnose problems.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, or as part of a business transaction. We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, legal obligations, security, and dispute resolution.
No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards designed to protect the information we handle.
5. Your choices and rights
You can edit or delete content in the app, use GirlCult’s export and delete controls, manage sync and notifications in your device settings, and manage subscriptions through your app marketplace account.
Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information. Email support@girlcult.app to make a request. We may need to verify your request before completing it.
6. Children
GirlCult is intended for people aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as GirlCult changes. We will update the effective date above and provide additional notice when required by law.
